Wanted a modern screen solution for our 2400mm high stacked doors, and the pleated retractable system works beautifully. Jack brought around samples and measured up the screen to fit nicely inside the existing track. The installer Keith was very accommodating, scheduling a late afternoon appointment around my work hours. Looks great, very happy!

The service from start to finish was first-class with Keith coming to install on a Saturday afternoon he even offered a Sunday install if Saturday was no good for me. The cat tried the screen and couldn't get out and the Dogs haven't come in so the pleated screen is the perfect solution as per Jacks recommendation. Totally recommend this product and company

We have a big timber front door and didn't want to cover it up with a security screen. The Hiss retractable screen we recently had installed is perfect! It doesn't detract from the facade of the house and it's lovely to have the front door open for breeze without letting the bugs in. We also received great customer service. Thank you, Jack and Keith! Would definitely recommend

I had been searching for insect screens for our French Doors. I wanted something that didn't distract from the doors themselves. I found Hiss on Facebook, and gave Jack a call.
